Employee Recognition
STF recognizes two employees every quarter for exhibiting a work ethic and care for residents that go beyond the routine call of duty. Employees are nominated for the recognition by fellow coworkers throughout each quarter. The nominations are reviewed, and only two employees are selected among those who were nominated.
